Louver
Cellyx™ Louver 50 acoustic panels feature an angled design that increases surface area, enhancing mid-to-high frequency sound absorption in interior spaces. Available in two profiles—Louver 50a (300mm width) and Louver 50b (150mm width)—each panel comes in 600mm x 600mm or 1200mm x 1200mm sizes with a 50mm total thickness including a 10mm base.
Crafted from low VOC polyurethane foam and tested to ASTM E84 standards with a Class A fire rating, these panels offer an NRC of 0.65. Finished in flocked or unflocked textures, Cellyx™ Louver 50 panels combine acoustic foam NRC performance with sustainable, low-VOC materials.

Louver 50a

Cellyx™ Louver 50a panels feature 300mm wide angled foam blades made from low VOC polyurethane, absorbing mid-to-high frequency sound in offices and studios.
Louver 50b

Cellyx™ Louver 50b panels use 150mm wide louvered foam fins to reduce reverberation, combining acoustic foam NRC performance with sustainable, fire-rated materials.
How Cellyx™ Acoustic Foam Solves Common Acoustical Challenges
Creating an optimal acoustic environment in offices, auditoriums, factories, and commercial spaces means addressing echo, reverberation, and poor sound clarity. These areas need materials that control noise while meeting fire safety, air quality, and design standards. Cellyx™ acoustic foam panels and baffles, made from low VOC, fire retardant materials with high NRC ratings, effectively reduce reverberation and improve clarity — delivering reliable soundproofing with seamless wall and ceiling integration.

Echo and Noise Control
In spaces with hard surfaces and high ceilings, sound waves reflect off walls, floors, and ceilings, causing echoes and prolonged reverberation. This reduces sound clarity and improves comfort.
With Cellyx™ acoustic foam panels, your space gains high NRC rated surfaces made from low VOC melamine foam. These panels diffuse sound by trapping waves, reducing echoes, improving acoustic insulation, and delivering better soundproofing for more comfortable environments.

Functional Elegance
While controlling noise is essential in busy or open spaces, traditional acoustic treatments can be bulky, rigid, or visually disruptive—making it difficult to maintain a clean, cohesive interior design.
Cellyx™ acoustic foam panels come in a variety of forms—smooth for subtle treatment, ridged for focused absorption, geometric for broad diffusion, and suspended cylinders for open ceilings. Made from low VOC, fire retardant foam, they deliver high NRC performance while blending easily into ceilings and walls.

Warranty Guaranteed
High-traffic spaces like offices and cinemas require materials that deliver excellent acoustic performance while withstanding frequent use and maintenance.
Cellyx™ acoustic baffles are crafted using advanced processes with eco-friendly melamine, ensuring durability, sustainability, and effective sound management. Backed by a guaranteed warranty, Cellyx™ provides reliability and peace of mind for demanding environments.
Frequently Asked Questions
Acoustic foam is an open-cell material that absorbs sound waves to reduce echo, reverberation, and background noise. It’s used to improve acoustics in studios, offices, theaters, and more. Effective soundproofing relies on materials that absorb and control sound waves, reducing reverberation and improving acoustic clarity.
Cellyx™ offers high-performance soundproofing foam panels made from melamine and polyurethane. Our range includes smooth flat panels for subtle integration, sculpted surfaces with deep ridges to target mid-to-high frequencies, geometric pyramid textures for broad-spectrum absorption, and cylindrical hanging baffles designed to reduce noise in large, open areas. These options help create quieter, more controlled environments tailored to your acoustic needs.
Effective soundproofing relies on materials that absorb and control sound waves, reducing reverberation and improving acoustic clarity. Acoustic foam with a high NRC rating is ideal for managing noise within a space.
Cellyx™ offers high-performance soundproofing foam panels made from melamine and polyurethane. Our range includes angled designs that disrupt sound reflections, pointed textures that trap and scatter sound, and hanging baffles that absorb noise in open ceilings—helping create quieter, well-balanced environments.
Acoustic foam is typically installed using adhesives, hooks, or mounting brackets, depending on the foam type and surface. Ceiling baffles often require suspension hardware for secure placement.
Cellyx™ panels are lightweight and simple to install. For example, our Cylinder baffles use corkscrew hangers for flexible vertical or horizontal suspension, making them easy to adapt to different ceiling layouts.
Melamine foam generally performs better in sound absorption, fire resistance, and weight compared to polyurethane foam, making it ideal for large or public spaces.
Cellyx™ offers both melamine and polyurethane acoustic foams. Melamine options deliver higher NRC ratings and meet ASTM E84 Class 1 fire standards, making them suitable for high-performance and safety-focused applications.
Acoustic foam can be eco-friendly if made with low VOC emissions and safe materials. Many standard foams release chemicals that may affect indoor air quality.
Cellyx™ acoustic foams are certified under Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 and made with low VOC materials, making them a safer, environmentally conscious option for sustainable soundproofing.
