Acoustic Foam

Cellyx™ acoustic foam panels are crafted from high-quality polyurethane and melamine foams, utilizing a manufacturing process that optimizes airflow resistivity to enhance sound absorption. This process results in a high-density, open-cell structure that absorbs sound waves and reduces reverberation. Available in various profiles—including flat, wedge, and pyramid—and thicknesses ranging from 25mm to 100mm, these panels cater to diverse acoustic requirements. Cellyx™ acoustic foam panels are tested to ASTM E84-12a standards, achieving a Class A fire rating, and are engineered to provide superior noise control while supporting sustainable building practices.

Cellyx™ Cylinder

Our cylindrical baffles are made from lightweight open-cell melamine foam, designed to absorb sound and reverberation from multiple directions . Available in 100mm, 150mm, and 300mm diameters, and 600mm or 1200mm lengths, they offer flexible acoustic control for ceilings.

Cellyx™ Louver

Our louvered acoustic foam panels feature angled foam fins made from polyurethane foam. The open-cell structure helps absorb mid-to-high frequency sound while adding texture to walls and ceilings. Available in 50mm thickness, with two design options—300mm or 150mm wide louvers.

Cellyx™ Pyramid

Our pyramid panels are made from sculpted polyurethane foam with a four-sided pyramid surface that traps and diffuses sound waves. The open-cell design helps control reflections and reverberation. Pyramid panels are available in a 50mm total thickness for effective sound control.

Cellyx™ Wedge

Our wedge acoustic foam panels are crafted from precision-cut polyurethane foam with deep angled grooves that increase surface area for better sound absorption. Ideal for treating mid-to-high frequency noise, these panels are available in a 50mm thickness to suit most acoustic applications.
